Tetyana Lewińska

She is a sociologist, researcher, third-sector expert, and social activist. She holds an MA in Sociology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine). She completed her Ph.D. studies at the Graduate School for Social Research at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation entitled The Well-being of Immigrants, Acculturative Stress, Experience of Discrimination, and Language Practices: A Case Study of Ukrainian Immigrants in Poland.

Her research interests include broadly understood issues related to the well-being of minority groups, with a particular focus on the well-being of immigrants from Ukraine in Poland, questions of linguistic identity, and the implementation of integration strategies that are responsive to cultural and linguistic needs and contexts.
