The aim of the session is to present the educational system of Catalonia and its linguistic model, based on plurilingualism and interculturality. Based on a holistic approach to the language and its learning, the model is implemented through various educational programs and responds to the composition of current Catalan society, its internalization needs and the results of research in language learning. The session will end with an introduction to two strategic tools for the integration and academic progress of students of foreign origin.
